Job Description

We’re on the hunt for a Dining Room Assistant / Food Runner to join our Food & Beverage dream team. Your mission (should you choose to accept it)? Be the behind-the-scenes hero ensuring every guest has a five-star experience—from timely food delivery to creating a polished, welcoming dining environment.

Responsibilities

What You’ll Be Doing:

•  Tag-team with servers to keep things flowing like a well-oiled machine.

• Sprint (safely) from the kitchen to the dining room with piping hot plates—no baton required!

• Keep the vibe clean, classy, and guest-ready (hello spotless floors and sparkling silverware!).

• Chat with guests, top off their water, and sprinkle in some Southern charm.

• Help us close up shop like a pro—lights off, area locked, goodnight moon.

Qualifications

You Bring the Magic If You Have:

• A current Louisiana Responsible Vendor’s Permit

• ServSafe Food Handler's Certification

• A flexible schedule (AMs, PMs, weekends & holidays—yes, we stay busy!)

• Strong communication skills and the ability to juggle multiple tasks with grace

• A love for customer service and a knack for making guests feel special

• The ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for long stretches without breaking a sweat
