Omni Hotels & Resorts is seeking Kids Program Attendant | Full Time for the beautiful new Barton Creek Country Club!

- Communicate clearly and supportively with parents regarding children's needs, behavior, and related issues
- Complete daily/weekly/monthly programs and activities planned for each level of childcare as defined for various programs
- Accurately complete procedures for registration, daily sign-in/out, cleanliness, and safety
- Clean and sanitize toys, equipment, and furniture within the childcare areas
- Provide feedback to management about improvements that could be made regarding programming, planning, organizing, and policies
- Work as a team member with the Fun Squad to provide a high level of service to members
- Attend all required meetings and staff trainings throughout the year
- SMILE and provide a positive environment for all members, staff, and guests
- May be asked to perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Must enjoy working with children of all ages
- Must have flexibility with work schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Must be CPR/Child Infant and CPR/AED certified, or must obtain certification upon hire
- Yearly Background Check
Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to lift moderate weight (50-60 lbs)
- Must be willing to work outdoors in a variety of weather conditions for extended periods of time
Working Environment:
- Indoor Kid's Club childcare facility
- Indoor Ballroom
- Outdoor with exposure to hot and cold temperatures
- Frequent travel around property
Tools & Equipment:
- Microsoft Office
- Children's play equipment
