Job Description
Omni Hotels & Resorts is seeking Purchasing Clerk for the beautiful Barton Creek Resort & Spa! If you love hospitality, creating amazing customer experiences, and the structure and benefits that come from working with a hotel company then you will love working with Omni!

Responsibilities
- Responsible for proper receiving, storing, and issuing of all food and beverage products in the food, beverage, and general storeroom under the guidance of the department supervisor.
- Delivers requisition and parcels daily.
- Inspect and unpack merchandise received, and stock/store warehouse inventory products, such as food, beverage, and non-perishable items.
- Adhere to operations procedures and local health department regulation.
- Maintain organization and cleanliness in all work areas.
- Assist in conducting Physical Inventory.
- Assist receiving of goods, for quality and accuracy.
- Assist in document filing, logs, and other clerical duties.
- Report any discrepancies on requisitions, receiving, quality, and inventory.
Qualifications
- Must be flexible and able to work am and pm shifts, weekends, and holidays.
- Must have a valid Texas Driver's license.
- Must be able to handle repeated lifting, pushing, pulling, and carrying up to 50 pounds.
- Stand or walk for an extended period in an outdoor/indoor environment.
- Must be able to operate hand truck, pallet jack, golf cart.
- Basic computer operation understanding.
