- 10 years of Business analysis and process documentation experience
- Ability to independently work with business and IT teams to gather requirements and manage effective documentation
- Ability to understand processes and identify gaps and areas of improvement
- Well versed with Agile ways of working
- Ability to work with onsite - offshore teams
- Experience in Entertainment / hospitality industry and understanding of the end to end value chain
