- Good Earnix product experience
- Experience in Data extraction and analysis for FinTech
- Build and review statistical models for predicting customer behavior risk and demand
- Develop and implement new product activities focusing on bank analytics
- Good working knowledge of various data analytical tools, python, R etc, and Knowledge on nlp, reinforcement learning, dl
- Experience in insurance and banking domain
- Ability to drive research / analysis independently and collaboratively
- Provide training and support in skill development
- Strong verbal and communication skills
Alternate skills - Oracle Insbridge, CGI Ratabase and Guidewire rating or Any insurance rating tools profiles also can be considered for Earnix requirements.
