Role Responsibilities
Responsible for analysis, design, coding, and testing of new applications or enhancements to existing applications using Java-based technologies, including Java, J2EE, JSP, XML, JDBC, and Servlets.
Must be able to apply the SDLC concept and have a proven track record of delivering solid, robust applications.
Must have a solid understanding of Object-Oriented Programming.
Strong communication skills are required as the position will interact with business owners.
Minimum Requirements (Must Have)
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
5 -6 Years of working experience required on Java, J2EE, JSP, XML, JDBC.
Experience from range of technologies such as Angular and React interfaces, REST, Spring Boot services, and SAML,
Server-side technologies such as JBOSS, MessagingMOM (JMS, MQSeries), EJB 2.0 / 3.0, and Web Services (REST).
Computer Science fundamentals in object-oriented (OO) design patterns, distributed databases, and data modeling techniques
Experience in the development of distributed / scalable systems and high-volume transaction applications.
Knowledge of working with GIT, Jenkins, Maven, and Automated Deployment / Dev-ops will be a plus.
Database design and writing complex SQL in an Oracle environment.
Experience in an Agile development environment utilizing the Scrum methodology.
Desired Qualifications
Knowledge of healthcare messaging standards such as HL7, ASTM etc.
