What are the responsibilities and job description for the Mechanical Systems Design Engineer position at Omni Inclusive?
Skills Required :
- 10 years in design & development of capital equipment, preferably Semiconductor
- Bachelor's Degree with 4 years of mechanical system design engineer experience; or Master's Degree with 2 years of mechanical system design engineer experience. Degrees in mechanical, or systems engineering preferred.
- Experience in High Vacuum components and clean room procedures.
- Experience in gas and liquid fluid handling systems : piping, valves, flow control and measurement.
- Experience in High Voltage components and applications.
- Works with Pneumatic and cooling system components and controls.
- Familiar with National Electric Code (NEC), ISO procedures, and Lockout / Tagout requirements.
- Familiar with SEMI S2-0200, SEMI S8-0600, and CE certification.
- General working knowledge of 3D CAD design tools. CREO and or Solid Works
- Experience using engineering analysis tools (FEA, CFD etc) in the design process given strong consideration
- Engineering change management, PLM experience added advantage.
