What are the responsibilities and job description for the Network Engineer position at Omni Inclusive?
Must Have Skills : CCNP / CCIE
Mandatory Skills :
- Good Networking L2 / L3 testing background :
- Strong experience in networking protocol testing like BGP, OSPF, ISIS, MPLS, QOS, BGP PIC, BGP LU.
- Experience in IXIA / SPIRENT Traffic generators to create different traffic flows for both L3 and L2.
- Hands on experience in Cisco or non-cisco Routers
- Identify key issues, gaps and drive with engineering and delivery to resolve issues.
- Develop / integrate new technology into lab pods.
- Validate new design solutions to meet customer requirements.
- Maintain validation lab current with production requirements like scale testing, performance testing, bring up the topology etc
- Create test plan and derive pass / fail criteria
- IOS XR Architecture, Cisco SP platforms architecture like NCS5K, ASR9K, White Box etc.
