What are the responsibilities and job description for the Performance Architect position at Omni Inclusive?
Mandatory skills - Performance Testing (primary), Loadrunner, Jmeter
- Experience working in an integrated Oracle Cloud environment.
- Understand tech stack of high complexity integrated tech stacks & identify potential performance bottlenecks
- Excellent understanding of performance engineering concepts
- Conduct technical assessment as part of a proof of concept
- Current with industry trends in performance and load testing tools, processes and techniques
- Provide oversight and guidance in the formal test execution process
- Elicit, gather & document NFRs from stakeholders
- Analyze NFRs & identify best suited test strategy / approach
- Identify test environment & test data needs
- Identify performance test target areas
- Document & acquire stakeholder approvals
- Excellent stakeholder management skills
- Create test reports to communicate results to stakeholders
- Experience in designing, developing Performance Tests strategy using industry standard tools such as LoadRunner, JMETER, and Service Virtualization tools such as CA Lisa.
