What are the responsibilities and job description for the Pipeline DevOps Engineer position at Omni Inclusive?
Summary :
Responsible for ensuring the availability, performance, and reliability of our CI / CD Pipeline services. The primary focus of this role is designing, implementing, and managing robust CI / CD pipelines for electronic control unit software.
- Experience developing and maintaining Cloud CI / CD pipeline tools and environments in a large enterprise using Github, Jenkins, Github Actions
- Build automation tools, Cmake, Bazel, Conan, Docker, Terraform
- Experience in Github version control doing merging and branching of code with automation
- Experience writing scripts using Python, Bash, PowerShell, and / or Groovy
- Experience working with cloud platforms and services particularly GCP but any cloud service is good too (AWS, Azure, GCP, etc.)
- Experience in administrating Linux and Windows operating system.
- Write well defined and tested code (IaC - Terraform)
- Familiarity with Agile / Scrum methodology
- Adapt new technologies, tools, processes from the organization as needed
- Excellent communication skills both vertically and horizontally within the organization related to all aspects of technical leadership - written and verbal
- System troubleshooting and problem resolution across various application domains and platforms
