The Veeva Vault Clinical Product Manager will be responsible for overseeing the development, implementation, and management of Veeva Vault Clinical applications.
This role requires a deep understanding of clinical operations, clinical data management, and the overall clinical trial process.
The Product Manager will work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, sales, and customer support, to ensure the successful delivery of high-quality products that meet market needs.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead the product lifecycle from concept to launch, including market research, product specification, development, and go-to-market strategies.
- Collaborate with clinical stakeholders to gather requirements and define product features that enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of clinical trials.
- Develop and maintain the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with company goals and customer needs.
- Work with engineering teams to prioritize and manage the product backlog, ensuring timely delivery of product releases.
- Conduct competitive analysis to understand market trends and identify opportunities for product differentiation.
- Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders regarding product-related queries and issues.
- Provide training and support to sales and customer support teams to ensure they are well-equipped to promote and support the product.
- Monitor product performance and user feedback to continuously improve the product and address any issues promptly.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards throughout the product development process.
