What are the responsibilities and job description for the Product Owner position at Omni Inclusive?
Job Title : Product Owner
Top 3 Must Haves :
1. Good Domain understanding in Loyalty and Rewards space is greatly appreciated
2. 3 years of experience in Technical project or product management with background of SRE / DevOps, cloud infrastructure, distributed systems, network routing and architecture, high availability engineering etc.
3. Strong prioritization and organizational skills with ability to translate product roadmap features into well-defined product requirements / user stories and acceptance test criteria
Key Responsibilities :
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and operations team, creating and maintaining feature backlog of infrastructure enhancements and production fixes
- Work closely with stakeholders and coordinate with operations teams to restore service while minimizing harm
- Participate in envisioning sessions to understand platform growth, formulating and delivering solutions to ensure platform scalability to meet volume targets
- Communicate system interruptions and maintain relationships with external teams during periods of system outages
- Translate business requirements into units of work to be accomplished by operations and development teams
