What are the responsibilities and job description for the Program manager position at Omni Inclusive?
Develop project plans for technical initiatives related to lifecycle management. Manage budgets and allocate resources effectively for project implementation. Ensure adherence to timelines and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Critical Environment, Physical Security, and Datacenter Operations. Oversee the execution of project tasks and milestones, resolving any conflicts or issues that arise. Manage and prioritize work orders via Azure DevOps tool, as per FTE direction. Lead multiple projects scoped to be delivered within the fiscal year. Proactively detect and remediate project risks and opportunities. Maintain project artifacts in various corporate tools. Tracks equipment order and delivery status from installation to close-out in GSRs, reported weekly. Maintain clear and well-structured business requirements / documents. Analyze process opportunities and propose continuous improvement during review discussions. Process updates should be approved by approved MS personnel. 100% adherence to the Microsoft Security standards. (1.) To adhere to quality standards, regulatory requirements and company policies (2.) To ensure positive customer experience and CSAT through First Call Resolution and minimum rejected resolutions / Reopen Cases (3.) To participate or contribute on EN business in creation of proposals to drive Service improvement plans. (4.) To independently resolve tickets & esnure that the agreed SLA of ticket volume and time are met for the team. (5.) To provide support for on call escalations / L3 level support and doing incident & problem management (6.) Work on value adding activities such Knowledge base update & management, Training freshers, coaching analysts & conducting interviews / participation in hiring drives.
