The Program Manager at an Automotive Tier-1 Supplier is responsible for overseeing and coordinating all aspects of product development programs, from initiation through to production and delivery. This role involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams, including engineering, manufacturing, quality, supply chain, and customer service, to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet all customer requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Program Leadership : Lead and manage program activities, ensuring alignment with company goals and customer expectations.
- Project Planning : Develop and maintain detailed project plans, outlining key milestones, deliverables, timelines, and resource allocation.
- Budget Management : Monitor program budgets, control costs, and ensure financial targets are met.
