What are the responsibilities and job description for the Scrum Master position at Omni Inclusive?
Scrum Master with implementation experience on Jira Align
- Perform as a Scrum Master for 2- 4 scrum team(s) simultaneously completing system life cycle using the Agile Scrum Methodology phases from project initiation, analysis and requirements, design, coding, testing, and implementation.
- Perform burn-down metrics and maintenance, inspect, and provide metrics on artifacts, conduct change management, remove impediments, anticipate risks and dependencies managing them proactively.
- Assist the Product Owner and Scrum team with Product and Sprint backlog planning and maintenance, ceremonies, artifacts creation, and maintenance.
- Analyze, provide guidance, and communicate with all stakeholders constantly improving the quality of deliverables, and evolving the Definition of "Done".
- Train and coach, the organization on the Scrum framework, tools, values, processes, principles, values, best practices, execution, and adoption. Ensuring Agile / Scrum concepts and principles are adhered to across the organization to increase the effectiveness of the application of Scrum in the organization
