Responsibilities :

- Solution Architecture : Design and develop robust and scalable solutions leveraging O365, SharePoint, Azure, and .NET technologies. Ensure alignment with business objectives and technical standards.
- Team Leadership : Lead and mentor a team of developers, providing technical guidance, coaching, and support. Foster a collaborative and high-performing team culture.
- Project Management : Oversee project timelines, deliverables, and resource allocation. Effectively manage project scope and risks.
