Job Description :
This position will be responsible for providing data and analysis for projects including the following : program initiatives, detailed and quantitative analysis, recommendations, request for proposal creation, purchase requisition and purchase order review and approvals, vendor selection and consolidation, program pilots, implementation, stabilization, measurement and tracking, and program communication. This position will support these programs on a day-to-day basis.
Some of the key responsibilities include oversight, and reporting on external and internal metrics; preparing summary highlight presentations on the progress of key initiatives; conducting current-state analysis across designated categories; managing vendor relationships and expectations; auditing vendor KPIs and SLAs; involvement in cost-reduction initiatives; and direct impact on expense reduction.
Position Responsibilities :
Directs and performs data collection and management
conducts performance trending and data analyses, produces management reports, makes decisions to address problems and issues, and provides broad support for assigned categories.
Creates presentations and related communication
to highlight summary program / project results to key internal and external stakeholders.
Responsible for preparing ad hoc analysis of program results
including areas of risk, action items needed, key opportunities for improvement, etc.
Manages vendor relationships and day-to-day program functions
ensuring desired Property Operations outcomes and goals are met.
Serves as a go-to liaison for internal customers and external vendors
to resolve large-scale or complex requests, questions, issues, etc.
Suggests process improvements that result in better visibility and more effective management of resources
and / or reduced costs and directly implements those recommendations.
Assist category managers with purchase requisitions and purchase order reviews and approvals using internal approval applications.
Management of Supplier Business Review (SBR) program. Coordinating schedules, assisting suppliers with the development of presentation decks, and management of Procurement SBR calendar.
REQUIREMENTS & PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE :
A Bachelor's degree (or equivalent work experience) is required, with an emphasis in business. knowledge of Real Estate and other related functions
Desired 2-5 years of previous professional experience in sourcing / procurement, analytical, operational, or property management roles.
The position is multifaceted, requiring a high degree of flexibility, intuitiveness, conceptual thought processes, and exemplary organizational skills to support numerous existing projects and new business initiatives.
Analytical skills are necessary, with proficiency in Excel, and Google. and have the ability to quickly master additional data collection and data management software.
This position also requires strong written and verbal communication skills.
