Title : Telecommunications Analyst
Location : Hybrid remote and onsite Tue - Thursday in Bethlehem, PA
Duration : 3 -6 months (option for full time employee direct hire for local candidates) possible extension
Visa : Any Visa(except h1b and CPT)
Interview : Phone / Zoom and onsite
Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills & Abilities :
- Education : Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field experience and / or certifications in telephony integration
- Must possess a minimum of three years of related Telecommunications Analyst or Administrator experience
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills related to telecommunications, networking, and connectivity.
- Full understanding of the role of telecommunications and computer networking and Information Technology in a manufacturing organization.
- Must have the ability to express complex technical concepts effectively, both verbally and in writing.
- Ability to work well with people from many different disciplines with varying degrees of technical experience,
- Knowledge of IP Protocols, TCP / IP, SRST, SIP, RPT, CODEC (G.711, G,729).
- Must have extensive knowledge of carrier circuits and topology and VOIP / SIP technologies.
- Powershell, Microsoft Office365, Wireshark, Cisco UCM and Avaya Systems experience a plus.
