About the Job
We are seeking a customer service representative to work from home as an independent contractor.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to Omni's clients via phone, chat, or email.
- Work on various exclusive contracts offered by Omni Interactions.
Requirements
- A personal computer with at least 8GB of RAM (tablets and Chromebooks not permitted).
- Valid and up-to-date antivirus software installed.
- A smartphone, Android tablet, or iPad, along with an authentication app, for program work.
- Windows 10 or Windows 11 operating system (some clients may accept AppleOS).
Important Notes
- As an independent contractor, you will be responsible for your own taxes and benefits.
- You will remain in control of your work schedule and environment.
