Job Description
- Facility Maintenance:
- Maintenance Management: Track and schedule maintenance activities performed by third-party vendors, including:
- Fitness Center Maintenance
- Ensure equipment is working order
- Schedule regular maintenance appointments
- Ensure room is kept clean
- Report any issues to Association Manager
- Mechanical Systems Maintenance
- Schedule maintenance appointments
- Report any issues to Association Manager
- Cleaning Services
- Ensure cleaning done appropriately
- Report cleaning days outside of scheduled days of the vendor
- Report any issues to Association Manager
- Pool Maintenance
- Ensure interior lobby/hallway door is locked during pool season and not propped open to keep wet feet off gym floor
- Ensure lifeguards keep kitchen/fridge clean
- Monitor lifeguards’ tasks (e.g., taking out and returning trash cans on trash days)
- Ensure pool area is clean
- Report any issues to Association Manager
- Trash Collection
- Contact Priority Waste with any issues related to community trash. Owners have to contact for personal issues.
- Fitness Center Maintenance
- Maintenance Management: Track and schedule maintenance activities performed by third-party vendors, including:
- Grounds Maintenance:
- Grounds Oversight
- Conduct regular inspections
- Drive the neighborhood three times per week to identify issues like dead trees or fallen limbs.
- Check daily for fountains being off and report issues promptly
- Report above to Grounds Super and Association Manager
- Collaborate with the Grounds Superintendent to:
- Ensure landscape and grounds vendors meet performance and quality expectations
- Monitor the upkeep of landscaping, monuments, trees, shrubs, flower beds, and related infrastructure
- Report vendor performance to Grounds Superintendent and Association Manager, including deficiencies and recommendations for changes
- Develop and implement an annual street tree maintenance and replacement plan
- Identify and propose
- Common Area Enhancements – Submit recommendations for improvements, such as new planting beds, shrubs, or trees
- Development or Redevelopment Projects – Propose larger-scale projects like landscaping unmaintained areas, substantial replacements, or reimagining spaces. Coordinate bidding and oversight upon Board approval
- Provide monthly for the board meeting via meetings or written reports, highlighting any deficiencies, issues, or concerns requiring attention

- Oversee the booking of meeting rooms and event spaces
- Support and organize community events, including logistical coordination
- Event Management:
- Access Control:
- Ensure the security of the facility through effective access control measures
- Maintain and organize the Stonegate Access Control Database via established processes
- Additional Responsibilities: (as time allows)
- Organize and maintain maps and other key facility documentation
- Oversee basement organization and clean-out projects.
Expertise Sought:
- Facility & Grounds Maintenance: Proven experience in managing facilities and ground maintenance needs
- Vendor Coordination: Ability to work effectively with third-party vendors and contractors
- Event Organization: Experience in planning, organizing, and supporting events
- Security Management: Capability to maintain a secure facility and manage access control systems
- Database Management: Proficiency in maintaining and organizing access control databases
Additional Information
Part Time -20 hrs per week. $25/hr
