DBT Therapists and Training : We are specifically seeking therapists with experience in DBT or those interested in receiving training in DBT to serve our growing client base. If you’re passionate about this modality, we’re here to support you.

Pre-licensed Therapists : Salary Range : $55,000 - $75,000, depending on qualifications. Enjoy a competitive employment compensation package with regular rate increases as you advance.

Licensed Therapists : Salary Range : $85,000 - $150,000, depending on qualifications. Benefit from competitive compensation with opportunities to increase your rate.
