Duties of the Design Engineer include :
Develop engineering proposals and design products to customer specifications
Make design changes and modifications to improve quality and efficiency
Perform calculations and determine layout of components within product
Develop Bill of Materials for product
Work with customers and other manufacturing departments to ensure designs meet customer needs
Work with production on any design issues during assembly
Requirements for the Design Engineer you must have :
A Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering
Previous 3D design experience
Ability to communicate with customers and internal personnel
Salary : $60,000 - $85,000
