As the Program Engineering Manager you will be responsible for leading:
Lead a team of New Model Engineers
Lead new model or model change projects from start to finish.
Serve as the main point of contact for internal and external customers.
Coordinate with logistics, purchasing, quality, and product development teams to ensure project accountability.
Work with external vendors to support project needs.
Requirements for the Program Engineering Manager position include:
A Bachelor's Degree in Engineering
Proven experience as an engineer in a fast-paced automotive manufacturing environment
Strong leadership capabilities
Proven projects improving areas of manufacturing
Ability to work independently and go-getter mentality
Ability to communicate and work with all levels manufacturing plant
