Their facility near Bryan, OH is growing and looking to add a talented Environmental Health and Safety Specialist to their team.
Main duties of the EH&S Specialist include:
Leading all plant safety and environmental initiatives
Ensuring the facility is adhering to all OSHA and EPA regulations
Develop a brand-new EH&S program aimed at reducing safety incidents, increasing safety awareness and ensuring environmental compliance
Help lead ISO facility audits
Develop Lock Out/Tag Out procedures
Lead safety and environmental investigations
Work closely with the Plant Manager on developing budgets for safety programs
Qualifications include:
BS degree in a technical field
At least 3-5 years of experience within EH&S in a manufacturing facility
Strong OSHA and EPA knowledge
Exceptional communication and leadership skills
Salary : $90,000 - $100,000
