is a large manufacturing facility near Indianapolis, and they are looking to add to their growing team. They currently need to hire a Maintenance Manager. Main duties include :
- Leading all maintenance activities in a large union manufacturing facility
- Assisting in the programming and troubleshooting of AB and Rockwell PLCs, RS Logix 5000
- Lead the installation of new plant electrical systems
- Using a large budget (over $10 million) to improve overall plant maintenance
- Use process improvement strategies (Lean, Six Sigma, CI,) to help optimize processes
- Setting and / or improving Preventative Maintenance
Qualifications include :
Salary : $100,000 - $135,000
