Main duties of the Quality Manager include :
- Lead the quality program of the facility and directing a team of 5-10 Quality Technicians
- Ensure the facility is adhering to all GMP policies and procedures
- Use engineering skills to program / improve calibration and vision systems (similar to CMM)
- Maintain all HACCP documentation
- Enhance / improve the current quality assurance program
- Develop new quality training manuals
- Use skills such as Gage R&R and SPC to improve processes
Qualifications include :
Salary : $80,000 - $100,000
