Our Home and Community-Based Services Aide plays a crucial role in supporting clients' personal hygiene and household functions, enabling them to live safely in their own homes.
Responsibilities include:
- Reporting any changes in clients' conditions to the Agency Director or Accounts Manager. Promptly notifying the Agency Director in case of incidents or accidents.
- Driving safely, adhering to traffic regulations, and wearing a seatbelt when necessary.
- Providing assistance with daily living activities such as bathing, grooming, oral care, nail care, skin care, and transferring patients from beds to chairs or wheelchairs.
- Contributing to household tasks that directly benefit clients' personal care.
We seek candidates with:
- Prior experience in home care is highly desirable (at least six months).
- SUCCESSFUL COMPLETION OF COMPETENCY EVALUATION.
