We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accounting Specialist to join our dynamic finance team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting principles and practices, with a focus on financial analysis and reporting. Responsibilities
- Perform financial analysis to support decision-making processes
- Maintain accurate records through double entry bookkeeping.
- Conduct balance sheet reconciliations to ensure accuracy of accounts.
- Interpret financial reports to provide insights into business performance.
- Handle accounts payable entry and payment processing
- Maintain the general ledger accounting system, ensuring all transactions are recorded accurately.
- Maintaining checkbooks and processing deposits
- Provide professional executive support
Qualifications Desire
- Advanced computer skills including extensive use of Excel and Office 365. Quick Books helpful
- Strong knowledge of Accounting
- Ability to organize, prioritize, and schedule work assignments
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Education
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance or equivalent experience
