Omni-Serv is a leading provider of airport and airline services across the nation. We are currently seeking Ramp Agents to assist passengers in navigating their travels safely while on the ramp. The ideal candidate will be a team player with a positive and "can do" attitude, who can maintain a professional demeanor at all times.
This position is a highly customer interfacing role which requires above average customer service and professionalism
Responsibilities :
- Meet arriving aircraft and guide passengers to the appropriate terminal entrances
- Control passenger movements on the tarmac and in secured areas
- Assist passengers as they board and de-board terminal buses to ensure accurate travel destinations
- Ensure the safety and security of all passengers and personnel on the ramp
- Communicate effectively with other team members and airline personnel
Requirements
Compensation : $19.75 per hour
