Our company is looking for someone to grow beyond the Telecommunications Sales Associate position. The Telecommunications Sales Associate will learn the customer service and sales process efficiently and then have an opportunity to grow into a leadership role. Responsibilities of a Telecommunications Sales Associate:
- Converse with decision makers on a daily basis and help them understand the products and services we can offer through customer service efforts
- Assist the customers in finding the correct solution for their problems and processing sales in a confidential manner
- Attend meetings regarding products and services, sales goals, new sales approaches, and monthly office goals
- Work with other team members in the customer service and sales department to achieve personal and team goals
- Coordinate with the office manager to assist in running training and meetings for the Telecommunications Sales Associate team
Successful Telecommunications Sales Associates Should Have:
- 1-2 years of customer service, sales, or experience in a retail environment highly desired
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Possess customer service and sales skills such as; patience, empathy, and clear communication
- High-quality, and dedicated work ethic
- Goal-driven and customer service-focused mindset
- The ability to be adaptable in a fast-paced and collaborative environment
- Maintain a positive attitude while interacting with customers
