As an Associate in Training, you'll learn the ins and outs of tax representation and the tax resolution process, working directly with clients and taxing authorities. You'll develop expertise in financial analysis, negotiation, client communication, and strategies to build rapport with existing clients, understand their evolving needs, and generate revenue through expanded service offerings.
Your Day-To-Day
- Build meaningful relationships with clients, guiding them through the tax resolution process.
- Analyze financial documents and develop personalized action plans.
- Collaborate with a supportive team of professionals.
- Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance your expertise.
- Negotiate with taxing authorities on behalf of clients, advocating for their best interests.
- Identify and recommend solutions that minimize tax liability and maximize client savings.
- Proactively engage with existing clients to understand their needs and identify opportunities to expand service offerings.
- Generate revenue by effectively presenting and closing deals for additional services with current clients.
- Meet and exceed targets for revenue growth from existing client accounts.
What You Bring to the Team

- While a background in finance or law is helpful, it's not essential. We'll provide the training you need! You will be required to become an Enrolled Agent within one year of employment, and we will support you in this process.
