We are looking for an Inside Sales Representative (ISR) that will thrive in a quick sales cycle environment. You must be comfortable on the phone, generating interest, and qualifying prospective clients. Don't worry - We'll provide you consistent training to ensure that you are comfortable in your role.

Inside Sales Representative Pay:
We recognize that stability in income is a key factor in our employees' lives. That's why as an Inside Sales Representative at Omni Tax Solutions, you'll be paid a base salary in addition to the commissions and bonuses you earn.
Earnings = Base Salary Commission Bonuses
Responsibilities:
- Consistently meet and exceed monthly sales goals, as assigned.
- Strategically overcome objections given by potential clients.
- Resolve and document each call to a lead or prospect in CTI and Salesforce.
Ideal Team Members:
- Consistent and punctual attendance is required
- Ability to sit/stand in one place for an extended period, while on the phone in a fast paced, high energy environment
- Telemarketing/Call Center/Sales Experience (not required)
- Highly effective communication and organizational skills
- Microsoft Office Experience
- Displays accountability and dependability
- Appropriately utilizes company resources to ensure efficiency and productivity
- High school diploma or equivalent (required)
