Omni Wound Physicians -
The Business Development Manager is the lead person responsible for developing and managing accounts for his / her territory. The executive will grow an existing account base as well as source new business opportunities and engagements by initiating relationships with untapped accounts.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following :
- Prospecting and developing new clients to expand Omni Wound Physicians’ industry presence towards Home Health, Hospice agencies, Skilled Nursing Facilities, hospitals, IPA, insurance and other related industries.
- Efficiently manage existing accounts (regular visits, update and alignment meetings, grievance, and damage control etc.)
- Conduct general market research to keep abreast of trends and competitor’s marketing movements.
- Achieve quarter and annual sales goals and market penetration targets.
- Utilize and partner closely with the clinical education and operations department for effective implementation of services especially for newly closed accounts.
- Define growth opportunities through industry, client and competitor presence and analysis.
- Assure high levels of client service and satisfaction.
- Become the organization’s agent towards external parties such as media, stakeholders and potential clients and build strategic partnerships.
- Other duties may be assigned by the Chief Executive Officer and / or its representatives.
