Open Position Summary - Data Operations Manager (Membership Operations Manager)

At OMNIA Partners, the Membership Operations Team's mission is to provide accelerated valueto our members, suppliers, and business partners through consistent customer service and quality data management practices. The Membership Team is continually trusted by the business to ensure data accuracy and maintenance of the entire OMNIA Partner Membership Roster. This involves carefully reviewing incoming data for accuracy, relevance, security, and making timely updates to maintain the quality of the membership data. Our goal as the Membership Operations Team is to support the business by delivering fast and effective resolutions to our members and partner organizations.

We are currently looking to add a Data Operations Manager (Membership Operations Manager) to the Membership Operations Team. This position provides entry into a dynamic, fast-growing business services organization with broad potential for career advancement for the right person. The Data Operations Manager (Membership Operations Manager) will own the relationship and process improvement of our strategic membership partners. Additionally, this position will have responsibility for the continued company-wide rollout and management of monday.com and Salesforce.com enhancements for Membership. The Membership Operations Team interacts with each department across OMNIA Partners, including sales, IT, reporting, finance, e-commerce, marketing, legal, and operations. We are looking for a business support-oriented professional with strong analytical and communication skills with great attention to detail and ability to follow through consistently. Experience in business process improvement and process flow documentation is a required skill set.

Primary Responsibilities :

  • Analyze process standards and metrics to identify inefficiencies and develop targeted solutions.
  • Develop training materials and provide training for new employees and internal departments pertaining to Membership Operations processes and changes.
  • Lead development and implementation of standard operating procedures, templates in Salesforce, and Visio workflows.
  • Facilitate meetings with strategic partners to ensure that impediments are being identified, and resolutions are being implemented.
  • Serve as first escalation point of contact for any strategic partner related issues pertaining to rostering accounts.
  • Monitor dashboards and drive automation, standardization, and process optimization initiatives when needed.
  • Data Integrity Maintenance - Oversees updating account information based on feedback from Research Analysts, Sales Teams, Supplier Reports and Channel Partners.
  • Reporting - Occasional production of reports for processes owned by Membership Operations.
  • Service Improvement - Track nature of requests to make recommendations for improved process flows and communications.
  • Maintain membership / participant list - Daily updates to posted membership lists. (Public and Private)
  • Inbound Requests - Evaluate, respond, and / or solution inbound requests.
  • Develop monday.com roadmap, create goals and priorities, and manage product backlog.
  • Collaborate with internal monday.com users to develop project and process workflows in the tool.
  • Coordinate training and support to onboard new monday.com users.
  • Lead all integration projects that pertain to monday.com.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for monday.com users that are encountering issues in the tool.

Education / Knowledge / Skills :

  • Bachelor's degree in a business-related field and 3-5 years' experience in data entry / management.
  • Effective organizational skills including the ability to work independently and proactively.
  • Critical thinker with the ability to quickly resolve issues related to member inquiries, account changes, and other requests.
  • Experienced in collaborating and working with cross-functional teams.
  • Efficiently sort, segment, filter, and compare large data tables.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, and proficient active listening skills.
  • Adaptability to ever-changing in-house IT systems within a rapidly growing company.
  • Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM system.
  • monday.com or similar work management system experience.
  • Proficiency working with MS Office Suite, particularly MS Excel.
