Responsibilities of the Customer Service Associate:
- Directly engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored product or service recommendations
- Meet with the sales team and other Customer Service Associates to develop and improve sales strategies and enhance customer service aimed at boosting sales and ensuring customer retention
- Stay current with all products, services, and promotions to effectively assist customers and answer all questions they may have
- Build and maintain lasting customer relationships by actively listening, answering questions and concerns in a professional manner, and ensuring a seamless customer experience
- Consistently meet or exceed sales goals set for the Customer Service Associates, directly contributing to the growth and success of the company
- Keep records of customer interactions and sales transactions to accurately track sales performance and customer retention
- Engage in continuous learning through team meetings, preparing for future leadership positions
Qualifications of the Customer Service Associate:
- Previous experience as a Customer Service Associate, in sales, or a related role is preferred
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- Positive attitude with the ability to adapt in a dynamic environment
- Confidence in working independently and as part of a collaborative team
- Comfortable interacting with customers in person
