We are an expanding firm in the Bakersfield area. We are currently seeking natural and aspiring leaders to join our energetic team. The Entry Level Brand Associate is going to be responsible for identifying, building, and maintaining key relationships with potential customers, the clients we represent, and colleagues.
Our mission is to impact low-income communities provide them with wireless solutions and driving our client's brand. The main focus of this role is to present and promote the client’s products and services to new consumers. Our goal is to shift from awareness to taking action for those in need and who are not as fortunate.
Brand Associates Responsibilities :
Someone in this role would be the face and personality of our brand representation. Not only will you be the first impression someone has of our company, but you are the liaison between our clients and the customer. The Brand Associate must understand program goals, monitor progression towards meeting these goals, and report this progress to program leadership on a regular basis. In this position, someone must prospect and contact potential customers, reach agreed-upon sales targets by the deadline, and resolve customer inquiries and complaints. We serve our customers first and foremost.
