Omnia Technologies, the global platform in automated solutions for the wine, spirits, beverages, food, dairy, and pharmaceutical industries, has an exciting opportunity for the Beverage Division as Project Manager.
The Project Manager will oversee and coordinate the installation, commissioning, and after-sales service of bottling and packaging equipment. This role ensures that projects are completed on time, within scope, and in alignment with customer expectations. The PM will serve as the primary liaison between internal teams, Acmi USA, Acmi in Italy, and customers, ensuring smooth project execution.
Roled is based out of our Charlotte (NC) location but open to Remote Work for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities:
· Project Execution & Compliance: Manage project timelines, budgets, and contractual specifications from installation through final acceptance.
· Technical Coordination: Collaborate with engineering teams to resolve equipment and site-specific challenges.
· Customer Relations: Serve as the main point of contact for customers, addressing concerns and providing updates.
· On-Site Supervision: Oversee installations, providing on-site management support as needed.
· Budget & Cost Control: Ensure projects remain within budget while maintaining quality standards.
· Issue Resolution: Identify and address potential project risks, delays, and technical issues promptly.
· Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate project documentation, tracking progress and performance metrics, and working reporting through teams both in the US and Italy.
Skills & Qualifications:
· Experience: Extensive experience in project management and technical service, particularly in the packaging, bottling, or manufacturing industries.
· Technical Background: Strong technical understanding of packaging systems, with expertise in managing complex equipment installations and service lifecycles.
· Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of bottling lines, filling systems, and Acmi packaging equipment. (preferred)
· Skills: Exceptional problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
· Travel: Willing to travel overseas for extended periods (especially in the first year) for extensive training on Acmi’s machine portfolio and company processes.
· On-Site Presence: Willing to travel proactively on the floor (up to 30%) to establish relationships and ensure project success.
· Global Mindset: comfortable dealing with ambiguity and time zone delays, phone based communication (knowledge of Spanish and/or Italian a plus)
