Pharmacy Hours and Location:

• Hours: Monday through Friday from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm.
• Location: Miami Beach, FL 33140

How You’ll Make an Impact:

As a PRN Staff Pharmacist (On Call, as needed) on the Specialty Pharmacy team at Omnicell, you’ll contribute to a community’s well-being, act as a trusted advisor to patients, and ensure pharmacy operations are efficient, effective, and continually improving while being a part of a global organization dedicated to innovation in medication management.

• Provide exceptional and personalized patient care and pharmacy consulting services; advise and guide with empathy, confidentiality, and diligence
• Build effective relationships with local physicians and medical community to ensure accurate and safe dispensing of medication to patients
• Embrace a deep understanding of pharmacy operations and a drive for continual improvement, learning, and leading to provide the best possible patient care and empower the pharmacy team’s development
• Stay informed of regulations, retail pharmacy best practices, and knowledge of specialty diseases such as Autoimmune, Dermatology and more

Basic Qualifications:

• Pharm.D. or BS Pharmacy degree from an accredited college of pharmacy.
• Successful completion of state pharmacy board examination
• Pharmacist license current and in good standing in Florida.
• A growth mindset and maintain any continuing education requirements
• 1 years of experience in the practice of pharmacy

Preferred Qualifications:

• 3 years of experience in the practice of pharmacy
• Retail or Specialty pharmacy experience preferred
• Experience to provide excellent Patient Center Care
• Bilingual English-Spanish

Work Environment and Physical Demands:

• Must be able to commute and work in Miami FL site(s).
• Must be able to work this pharmacy’s operational hours.
• This position is PRN – On Call, as needed basis to support pharmacist(s) on vacation, PTO, Sick Leave/LOA, Family Leave, etc.
• This position is moderately active and requires standing, walking, and other movement for the duration of the shift and lifting up to 25 pounds.
• While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear
