Field Service Engineer
Join Omnicell, a pioneering force in healthcare technology, as a Field Service Engineer (FSE) I or II, where your work will directly impact patient care and outcomes. Our FSEs provide troubleshooting, repair services, and scheduled preventive maintenance for Omnicell's pharmacy and supply automation solutions at customer sites. Your work will keep critical pharmacy and supply systems running, helping healthcare providers deliver the highest quality possible to patient care.
Whether you are a Level I or Level II Engineer, you will be dispatched as needed by our 24x7 Technical Assistance Center. Our FSEs work on medication management hardware and software repairs, fixes, and troubleshooting.

Field Service Engineer Level I Responsibilities and Qualifications :
Basic Qualifications :
Associates Degree / Trade School Certification / Military Training in an Engineering / Technology related discipline; or five years equivalent experience troubleshooting and repairing electronic, mechanical, or computer devices.
Preferred Qualifications :
Field Service Engineer Level II Responsibilities and Qualifications :
As a Level II Engineer, you will take on more advanced responsibilities. You will independently perform onsite troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and emergency maintenance of Omnicell's electro-mechanical and automation solutions. You will regularly communicate with director-level nursing and pharmacy staff and tackle problems of advanced scope. You will also be able to provide coaching and mentoring as needed.
Basic Qualifications :
Associate's Degree / Trade School Certification / Military Training in an Engineering / Technology related discipline, AND four years of relevant experience; OR seven years equivalent experience troubleshooting and repairing electronic, mechanical, or computer devices.

Note : The selected individual must have a valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record, be able to meet Omnicell's insurance coverage requirements, and have their own vehicle in acceptable working condition.
