Job Title
The Manager Consulting Services is responsible for leading, managing and directing implementation support activities for Omnicell.
Responsibilities
- Provide leadership and work direction for a remote team
- Manage and balance the workload of the team and facilitates problem solving as needed.
- Managing alignment of the company to customers.
- Quarterly revenue responsibilities and revenue risk mitigation based on companies' annual financial goals
- Drives the use of best practices for advising and consulting throughout the project life cycle for optimal customer outcomes
- Assist in setting and execution of the strategic direction for Omnicell Professional Services team within your product segment
- Supports hiring and onboarding of new staff and provides opportunities for career development and training.
- Provides front line leadership and support to team by demonstrating Omnicell's Core Values Instills a positive attitude and motivates team members by maximizing team and individual performance.
- Creates metrics and dashboards as a means of presenting critical data and delivery dates to key business stakeholders.
- Analyze actual performance against the project plan such as; timeline performance, utilization, customer satisfaction, and employee engagement and make necessary adjustments consistent with plan objectives.
- Management and oversight of the following areas : revenue process, implementation best practices, process / workflow consulting and education.
- Develops, maintains and rebuilds partnerships with internal and external stakeholders

- Support and participate in developing and executing effective practices, tools, and standards for implementations.
