Professional Services Software Deployment Engineer
The Professional Services Deployment Team is responsible for integration and deployment of Patient Messaging products and services within the Technical Services group. They work closely with the Quality Assurance team and Development Team, as well as the Professional Services Project Management Team.
As a Professional Services Software Deployment Engineer II, you will be working closely with our team, as well as cross-functionally alongside Product Management & Development to learn new products, methodologies, how our products work within pharmacies, and how our solutions assist pharmacies in engaging their patients to enhance their customer experience. You will work with pharmacy and health plan clients to assist the installation of our messaging solutions and provide additional customization as required.
Responsibilities :
- Execute on all aspects of complex software implementation projects and other assignments.
- Provide input on project scope, forecast, resources, and deliverables
- Work directly with the client project management team throughout all project phases
- Attend customer virtual project calls as needed
- Proactively identify significant project risks, escalate to leadership, and implement approved mitigation steps
- Participate in documentation review and verify customer assets to provide reliable BI to all departments in the organization
- Deploys applications which run on a variety of server operating systems such as Microsoft Windows, UNIX, and Linux
- Installs and configures databases and deploy web products to clients
- Installs, configures, and tests all components to the expected revisions and performance standards
- Act as a trusted client resource by providing service that consistently demonstrates strong product knowledge and work ethic along with respect for the client
- Manage and prioritize multiple tasks while working independently
- Demonstrate effective communication skills with a wide range of clients, both internal and external
- Follow existing deployment processes, identify process improvements, document specific process / project requirements for customers, and system configurations
- Partner with project managers to diligently maintain all records in a central repository for ease of reference during and after deployment
- Support technical tasks to resolve issues, track bug fixes, escalate persistent and / or critical issues during the deployment process
