Job Description
Senior Product Marketing Manager
The Senior Product Marketing Manager is responsible for driving the development, optimization, and execution of product marketing strategies for Omnicell's Specialty Pharmacy Services as well as emerging outpatient offerings. This role serves as the go-to-market leader, collaborating with sales, marketing, and product management to ensure messaging, programs, tools, and training address critical market needs and deliver measurable results.
Key Responsibilities :
- Design and lead product marketing strategies, including go-to-market plans and related segmentation, persona definition, research, competitive analysis, message and message testing, product launches, persuasive content and tools, and sales training.
- Lead the marketing program in partnership with broader marketing to drive purposeful execution of strategy across events, campaigns, tools, and training.
- Develop content for marketing collateral, social media, websites, and other channels.
- Lead message strategy and purposeful execution for key events, such as tradeshows, thought leadership events, and user group meetings.
- Lead message strategy for various campaigns to drive strategy.
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners consistently and effectively in order to ensure efficiency, alignment, and drive sales and market performance in accordance with strategy.
