The Associate Media Operations Manager, Program Operations will be responsible for supporting the department across all BioPharm’s Expert Perspectives and Conference Reporter campaigns.

Associate Media Operations Manager, Program Operations
The Associate Media Operations Manager, Program Operations will be responsible for supporting the department across all BioPharm’s Expert Perspectives and Conference Reporter campaigns.
Invoice Management
- Management of all departmental invoices
- Prep POs and coordinate with finance department
- Daily maintenance of program tracker
- Updating program management tool (Workfront)
- Support with launching new programs, as needed
- Preconference research/identification support
- Identify conference access
- Support with conference registration details
- Work with content lead to identify themes and disease state related programming
- Draft expert authorship agreements
- Prepare and send financial forms to experts
- Review, file, and distribute completed forms and executed contracts to appropriate departments
- Set up purchase orders for payment of expert honoraria
- Update project management tool, as well as internal expert management and invoice trackers
- The ideal candidate would have 1-2 years of high-level administrative experience
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- High attention to detail
- Must have ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and multitask
- Must be a team player and effectively interact with staff at all levels of the company
- Must have ability to work independently when necessary
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Adobe Acrobat
- Proficiency in Survey Monkey and Workfront, not required but a plus
- S./B.A. is required
