What You’ll Do
- Lead Full Life-Cycle Recruiting: Own the entire recruitment process—from sourcing and screening to interview management, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
- Partner Strategically with Agencies: Develop a deep understanding of the unique needs of your assigned Omnicom Health agencies, building strong, trusted relationships with hiring managers.
- Drive Key Talent Initiatives: Take ownership of at least one critical talent acquisition program—whether it’s managing the intern program, spearheading inclusive hiring efforts, or another high-impact initiative.
- Mentor and Develop Talent: Provide guidance and mentorship to junior members of the team, sharing best practices and fostering their professional growth.
- 7 Years of Full Life-Cycle Recruiting Experience: Proven success in creative or marketing recruitment within advertising, public relations, healthcare communications, or a related industry.
- Leadership and Mentorship Abilities: Demonstrated experience managing and developing others, with a passion for helping team members grow and succeed.
- Exceptional Communication and Relationship-Building Skills: You excel at engaging candidates and hiring teams, ensuring a positive and collaborative experience throughout the process.
- Agility and Curiosity: Comfortable navigating change and continuously seeking innovative ways to improve the talent acquisition process.
