Position Overview
We are seeking a new leader of the U.S. business to grow the service, expand our team of experts, drive consistency of best practices, and evolve how we use automation and AI to deliver timely and accurate data at scale, The right candidate for this position has a vision to combine people, process, and technology built on practioner-level knowledge of digital campaign planning and execution, along with the ability to translate vision to action. This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned digital leader energized by the opportunity to deliver build teams and deliver solutions solving complex challenges.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive service excellence and profitability (~50%)
Meet evolving client demands and market opportunity through service definition and optimization in the areas of solution architecture, taxonomy design, data automation, data quality control, and visualization
Create and deliver new business presentation materials
Manage department administration to ensure proper functioning, staffing, and operations
Accountable for ensuring strong operations across team utilization, resource forecasting, account profitability, and budget allocations

This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on relevant experience, other job-related qualifications / skills, and geographic location (to account for comparative cost of living). The Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Compensation Range
160,000-$225,000 USD
This role is hybrid, requiring three (3) days per week in the office. The remaining two (2) days may be worked remotely. Specific in-office days will be discussed during the interview process, with flexibility to align with team needs. Please note that the number or required in-office days may be adjusted over time, potentially increasing the number of required in-office days based on business needs.
