Team Overview
The Platform Operations team is responsible for ensuring seamless, high-quality execution of campaign trafficking and advertising operations across the Omnicom Media Group network. This involves collaboration with media teams, partners in Annalect India, and other stakeholders to guarantee the successful launch and execution of client campaigns. This role provides operational and tactical support to the Platform Operations team, working closely with senior colleagues and managers to deliver on organizational priorities. In this capacity, the role offers opportunities to gain valuable knowledge and expertise in Advertising Technologies, Campaign Management and Execution, and other critical skills within the Ad Ops space.
Position Overview
The position plays a critical role in ensuring the efficient operation and optimization of advertising technologies and processes. Key responsibilities include monitoring, troubleshooting, and resolving data hygiene issues across systems to maintain seamless workflows. The individual will be responsible for maintaining and updating documentation related to trafficking, processes, and vendor management. They will also support the development and implementation of best practices for the deployment, integration, and adoption of advertising and digital marketing technologies.
This role requires collaboration with traffickers, agency teams, and senior members of the platform operations team to foster and maintain effective relationships that support organizational objectives. Additional responsibilities include assisting with team training on CRS and other ad operations processes, as well as managing projects and ad-hoc deliverables as needed. This position offers a dynamic opportunity to contribute to the advancement of advertising operations while supporting cross-functional teams in achieving their goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitoring, troubleshooting, and resolving data hygiene issues across our systems
- Maintain and update documentation related to trafficking, process, and vendors
- Supporting the development of best practices around deployment, integration, and adoption of Advertising Technologies
- Supporting the development of position statements, case studies, and best practices around the deployment, integration, and adoption of advertising and digital marketing technologies
- Build and maintain relationships with traffickers, agency teams, and others, in the service of delivering against our priorities and goals
- Assisting in the training of teams on the CRS process and other ad ops processes
- Assist with managing projects and ad-hoc deliverables, in partnership with more senior stakeholders, managers, and leaders in the group

This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on relevant experience, other job-related qualifications / skills, and geographic location (to account for comparative cost of living). The Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Compensation Range
35,000-$50,000 USD
This role is hybrid, requiring three (3) days per week in the office. The remaining two (2) days may be worked remotely. Specific in-office days will be discussed during the interview process, with flexibility to align with team needs. Please note that the number or required in-office days may be adjusted over time, potentially increasing the number of required in-office days based on business needs.
