Overview
As an Analyst on our Budget Project Management team, you will play an important role as the account and relationship support for all client financial matters. Successful Budget Project Analysts thrive in a non-traditional role in a fast-paced client services environment. They have top notch attention to detail - their combined sense of urgency and outstanding strong problem-solving and follow-through skills make them credible partners to internal and external clients.
Responsibilities
- Ensuring clear progression of related financial tasks across the business
- Serving as a liaison between the client's budget management group and the client team(s) to help coordinate projects across the business
- Supporting strong client relationships by developing outputs for reporting deliverables and troubleshooting as needed to meet client expectations and those of the Budget Project Management leadership
- Attending periodic internal client-related or departmental meetings. Responsible for Outlook calendar management.
- Acting as the primary support role for all items related to client billing and internal email communications and requests
- Providing core support for ensuring timely receipt of client payment
- Tracking and maintaining clear records of billing activity
- Generating core billing files and upload to the client financial systems
- Developing and maintaining regular cashflow reports to summarize the state of the account - Developing and maintaining agency and client forecasting files
- Assisting in deliverables related to audit compliance
- Enforcing operations policies and best practices across the business
- Monitoring client teams' billing practices to ensure they are in accordance with client obligations
Qualifications
This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on relevant experience, other job-related qualifications / skills, and geographic location (to account for comparative cost of living). The Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Compensation Range
60,000-$70,000 USD
This role is hybrid, requiring three (3) days per week in the office. The remaining two (2) days may be worked remotely. Specific in-office days will be discussed during the interview process, with flexibility to align with team needs. Please note that the number or required in-office days may be adjusted over time, potentially increasing the number of required in-office days based on business needs.
