We are looking for an Executive Director on the Marketing Science team, a leader who will be accountable for the analytics strategy and for the delivery of our work across audience analytics (budget setting, audience strategy, segmentation, learning agenda, etc.), investment and activation analytics (optimization, post campaign analytics, etc.) to lead a portfolio of accounts across PHD USA. You will own the relationship with key clients, supported by Directors, Senior Directors and Executive Directors and manage a team of 50 people. Collaboration with other leaders across Planning, Investment and Business Operations is key to deliver on your clients' business objectives.
External facing responsibilities :
- Set the vision, strategy and roadmap to deliver bleeding edge marketing sciences solutions on your portfolio of clients,
- Develop relationships with clients by providing strategic advisory on how data and analytics can help unlock strategic opportunities
- Encourage creative use of data to solve client's business challenges and support client's growth, in close alignment with Planning and Investment teams
- Deliver thought leadership by exploring new ways to enhance, develop or execute insights through data and analytics (new partners, new technologies, innovative use of existing solutions)
- Develop best in class audience solutions, in collaboration with Planning and Investment teams
- Become a trusted advisor to client leads and senior clients and consult on audience strategy, measurement, and advanced analytics
- Share POVs regarding industry changes in the data and analytics space (future of measurement, new data solutions like clean rooms, attention measurement, etc..)

This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on relevant experience, other job-related qualifications / skills, and geographic location (to account for comparative cost of living). The Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Compensation Range
200,000-$225,000 USD
This role is hybrid, requiring three (3) days per week in the office. The remaining two (2) days may be worked remotely. Specific in-office days will be discussed during the interview process, with flexibility to align with team needs. Please note that the number or required in-office days may be adjusted over time, potentially increasing the number of required in-office days based on business needs.
