OMnet is a wholly owned subsidiary of Omnicom Media Group and was founded in late 2013. Working at the intersection of media and finance, OMnet operates as a Strategic Business Unit (SBU) within Omnicom Media Group, specializing in principal-based media buying and investments. Through its investments and strategic commercial partnerships with media, technology, and data providers, OMnet creates a private ecosystem of cost-effective, data-driven media solutions available exclusively to Omnicom clients. OMnet investments are guaranteed and made upfront utilizing Omnicom capital and therefore, OMnet assumes all financial risk associated with its partnerships. Omnicom uses the OMnet platform as a mechanism to provide its 125 clients a cost-savings benefit on their media spend, which has resulted in client savings totaling $250MM from inception-to-date.
Key Responsibilities :
- Automation Maintenance : Manage and maintain current automation processes developed by the Automation Team, ensuring they run smoothly and efficiently.
- Campaign ID Management : Review the data input by other teams, identify discrepancies, and coordinate updates and revisions to ensure accuracy.
- Technical Support : Serve as the first point of contact for minor technical issues related to existing macros and automated solutions. Troubleshoot and resolve problems promptly.
- VBA Development : Learn and implement advanced VBA techniques to enhance and optimize automation processes. Develop new VBA solutions as needed.
- Excel Expertise : Utilize intermediate to advanced Excel skills to manipulate data, create reports, and support various automation tasks.
- Automation Tools : Develop familiarity with basic automation concepts and tools, applying them to improve workflow efficiency.
Qualifications :
This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on relevant experience, other job-related qualifications / skills, and geographic location (to account for comparative cost of living). The Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Compensation Range
34,000-$60,000 USD
This role is hybrid, requiring three (3) days per week in the office. The remaining two (2) days may be worked remotely. Specific in-office days will be discussed during the interview process, with flexibility to align with team needs. Please note that the number or required in-office days may be adjusted over time, potentially increasing the number of required in-office days based on business needs.
