The core responsibility of the role is leading a group of Account Management professionals, shepherding client / agency client communications, presenting campaign strategy and serving as a core point of contact throughout a partnership lifecycle. The role will serve all OMG agencies across the organization, working in symphony with clients and IATs on the execution and amplification of Creator campaigns. QualificationsBachelor's degree (Marketing / Advertising / Communications preferred)10 years of experience within Influencer and preferably media environmentsHands on experience managing Influencer campaigns and client management with blue-chip companiesExperience working on client business across a variety of industriesExperience managing teamsExperience managing enterprise clientsExperience managing retail and consumer packaged goods clients preferredResponsibilitiesAccount Management : Assist in leading communication for OMG, OMC, and Creo clients, including proposal development, commercial agreements, and client communication from initial briefing to completionCommunicate influencer marketing within the digital / paid media ecosystem and aid in the operationalization of service offerings and subsequent value positioning tied to the media environmentLead client communication across influencer campaign lifecycle from identification to campaign reporting, and possess strong communicative abilities to relay the respective stages to clientsArticulate workback schedules and coordinate internal and external deliverables to keep timelines on trackDevelop and maintain relationships with key clients, serving as the primary point of contact for mid-level client contactsPractice Excellence : Maintain a constant pulse on the influencer landscape education via thought leadership communication, staying atop of shifts in the industry and emerging trends and be able to communicate the impact to client businessWork in partnership with OMG COE platform teams and channel stakeholders to implement best practices across functions including but not limited to asset development, media amplification, commerce, and measurementRequired Skills : In-depth understanding and mastery of Influencer marketing and an ability to match brand narratives with Creator-led storytellingStrong agency account management background and comfort in leading internal and external conversationsThorough understanding of the Influencer ecosystem including paid and organic roles & responsibilities across platforms including but not limited to creative development, talent perspectives, best practices, and measurementExcellent relationship building with internal and external stakeholdersStrong communicator and presenter, able to present and articulate persuasive and cohesive presentations and points-of-viewHighly analytical with ability to evaluate campaign performance for optimization and contextualization of results in client reportingCreative minded with ability to translate social trends and influencer archetypes to client business objectivesUnderstanding of budget maintenance, client billing and payment workflows, and contract and business negotiationsHigh levels of integrity, autonomy, and self-motivationCritical thinking and problem solving tied to implementation of new processes and process improvementsStrong business acumen and the ability to make highly impactful decisions in a timely mannerStrong people mentorship / leadership with comfort providing feedback and developing employeesThis is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on relevant experience, other job-related qualifications / skills, and geographic location (to account for comparative cost of living). The Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. For this role, benefits include : health insurance, vision insurance, dental insurance, 401(k), Healthcare Flexible Spending Account, Dependent Care Flexible Spending Account, vacation days, sick days, personal days, paid parental leave, paid medical leave, and STD / LTD insurance benefits.Compensation Range$180,000-$190,000 USDThis role is hybrid, requiring three (3) days per week in the office. The remaining two (2) days may be worked remotely. Specific in-office days will be discussed during the interview process, with flexibility to align with team needs.
